- Where can I get the exhibitor prospectus?
- All vendors/ exhibitors who have been associated with a Core Knowledge conference in the past will be sent an exhibitor prospectus when it becomes available. Other organizations and companies are also on our mailing list. If you would like to add your business to the mailing list, please contact .

- Where and when will the conference and exhibit hall be located?
- Renaissance SeaWorld Hotel, Orlando, Florida, Nov. 19-21, 2009

- What are the hours of the exhibit hall?
- The hours of the exhibit hall vary from day to day beginning with set-up & registration on 11/18/2009. Please see the online exhibitor prospectus for specific hours when it becomes available.

- How much does it cost to reserve a booth?
- Booth fees range from $850 to $1,500 for a standard booth and $650 for a nonprofit booth.

- What is included with an exhibit booth reservation?
- The following is included with an 8 x 10 exhibit booth reservation:
- Perimeter draping around booth
- Carpeting in booth
- One skirted 6-foot table, 2 side chairs, ID sign, and a wastebasket
- Complimentary ad in the conference program
- Attendee mailing list

- Who will be the conference general service contractor?
- Champion Exposition Services will be our 2009 general services contractor.

- Can vendors/exhibitors present a session during the conference?
- Yes, vendors/exhibitors are offered the opportunity to present during the conference. The cost for each 75-minute session is $750. Please see the exhibitor prospectus for more specific information.

- Is there an exhibit hall floor plan available for me to review?
- Yes, please view the floorplan in the exhibitor prospectus.

- What is the deadline for exhibit booth reservations?
- The final registration deadline is August 31, 2009. Other deadlines apply to optional opportunities, please see the exhibitor prospectus for more information on those opportunities.

- What is the cancellation deadline for booth space and other promotional options?
- For cancellations occurring before June 12, 2009, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring after June 12, 2009.
