FAQ: The Bookstore and Orders

- How can I obtain the downloadable documents I purchased in the online store?
- We offer some products, such as some teacher guides, for low prices or even for free because they are electronic documents, downloaded directly to your computer, where you can print them on your own printer if you choose.
If you did not download and save your files when you checked out, have no worries, you can download them several times for a fixed period of time depending on the product, usually 4–12 weeks.
To download any electronic file which was part of your order, please log into your account at the online bookstore (http://bookstore.coreknowledge.org), and go to "My Account" via the menu bar link. Next to your previous orders, click the "view" button. You will now see a “download” button next to each downloadable item that you purchased. Click this button to retrieve each document. There are instructions on that page on how to save your document.
